LOL its actually a title of a song i wrote. But at the same token i think its actually has good meaning. A lot of people just dont compliment my swag. Let me go into depth, I am very humble, NOT cocky, very modest, and at the same time i know how to wear my confidence correctly. I encounter people everyday for the past 5 months tell me that my music sounds good….like really good. and Im not used to hearing that. im used to hearing, oh just be a songwriter, cuz singing aint 4 u….and u know what…i believed them for a LOOONG time, until i found my real voice. until i found that real artist that i know i am, and can be. i found…“my swag”. See Swag, is alomost on the line of an anology or metaphor but comparing the act of using or having Confidence,in oneself instead of just physical refrences. And i found mine. Somebody once told me “Everytime….Everytime whether u are recording at home or in a studio, or singing for friends or a major event. Everytime you get in front of a mic to sing…u are a professional.” I took and take that in stride, becuz this is ME, this is my LIFE, My hear and very soul of me is in every note, every run, and every harmony. So i have found the artistry i have so long been waiting for. I now, can Compliment My Swag!
