Anthony began as a singer/songwriter solo artist and in only nine short months, he was creating a stir throughout Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties, the Tri-state Area and beyond.
After releasing his self-produced debut album 'Just Gettin' Started' in August 2008, which has sold very well and has received local radio play, Anthony is now teaming up with his brothers who have chosen to forego their own careers in order to support their younger brother’s dream.
Joe adds rhythm guitar, back-up & lead vocals and is a singer/songwriter, as well. Nick plays percussion, harp & keyboards and provides back-up vocals. There is a depth and maturity to this family of talented artists which is apparent in their soulful lyrics and strong heartfelt melodies that go beyond their years. They have a wonderful stage presence, terrific audience participation and each are charming and witty. They are relaxed and have fun with the crowd and each other. Not to mention, their harmonies are beautiful. Recently joined by touring musicians Chris Palmerini, lead guitarist and Steve Geller, bassist, who have shared the stage with many greats, they are gearing up for upcoming tours and showcases.
Now becoming known as The Melillo Brothers, they will be releasing their new album on a national scale this coming year full of many bound-to-be-hit singles. Look out for this up-and-coming, family-friendly trio of young artists, as they are sure to be the 'next big thing!'
