A seasoned vocalist with four independent album releases under his belt, A-natural has done what most young independent artists can only dream of. He continuously hones his craft whether it is working with other upcoming artists alongside his team at BlockStars Production Studios, or whether it's singing at various venues such as the world-famous Village Underground in New York, or whether it's as a part of his Praise & Worship team at Faith Tabernacle Church. "God gave me a dream, and provided me the ways to achieve it." A-natural comes from an apparent musical upbringing, having his mother as a gospel and jazz singer and his father as a guitarist/bassist, producer, and songwriter. His sister and father also have amazing artistic capabilities of which A-natural gained some residue. He cultivated these natural talents in various places throughout high school, college, and adulthood, traveling cross-country to places like California, Ohio, Florida, New York, Boston, Virginia, and Philadelphia sharing his gift. More important than any of his own musical endeavors is his commitment to Christ through his craft. As an artist amicably compared to the originator of the "gospop" genre, Ton3x, A-natural is one of many unconventional gospel artists in the industry today, bringing the same message of Christ's love, but in a clear, unadulterated, transparent fashion. Never one to circle around issues, A-natural tackles them with strength that could only come from above. "Ton3x once said that there are two different types of police in the Kingdom of God. There's the police that patrol, harass, and eat donuts. And there's the swat team that go and knock down doors and walls. I'd rather be hated for being the stronger of the two, then to be loved as the weaker one." All in all, A-natural's 26 years of life experience has contributed to his music in a way like no other. His music is full of energy and surprises, but his message is clear and powerful. And as is the natural order of things, if it's not one thing, it's the other.
