American Attitude consists of three Air Force guys and one Navy guy who work hard to serve their country during the day and work hard to serve up the rock at night! “American Attitude” was initially named “Government Issue”, and formed in March 2007 after Master Sergeant Shawn Watchorn wanted to find a way to bring more entertainment to their bases’ small NCO club. After a short search for other musicians, Shawn located others who shared his vision.

After numerous intensive practices and some larger shows, the band was given phenomenal feedback by all. After their initial 6 months of playing together, the band had already been featured in several well-respected publications, played some of the most popular live venues, and had already played all across the state!

The guys remain in HIGH demand and will only grow stronger. All in all, they’re just simple men who serve our great country while also serving up the ROCK!

American Attitude currently plays your favorite cover songs of the 70’s through today’s hits (in our own rockin’ way), however we also plan to unleash some original material in the very near future. We will soon be adding songs, more videos, bios of each band member, more photos, merchandise, etc. Please also let us know what you’d like to see.
