Alec Raw heard about the electronic music in the mid of the 90s and came to the scene by the age of 16.In these days the techno scene was getting more known and popular in Germany.Influenced on the umpteen big Rave Events he visited and the enjoyment people had on these parties. Attired in the new lifestyle these days he began to teach himself mixing and dj technics mostly inspired of the legendary Dj heroes at that time.In 1997 at the same time with his work at the recordstore Crazy Tunes, Germany the store were for example the well known artist Timo Maas “bought” his records in the 90s. In 1999 he started deejaying and play live on stage in front of the audiences.He had the luck to perform on his first gig along with Timo Maas. Since then he performed on several gigs and big events, illegal warehouse parties and techno parades and played along with famous artists like Terence Parker, Timo Maas, DJ Shog or Dabruck & Klein.The sets he has been playing in the first years of deejaying were hard techno and trance sets, but 2002 he discovered the housemusic for himself and its positive groove and changed his style into housemusic.At his time at his residency in Dorian Club 2004, Germany he found out more and more his affectation to the housemusic and its outgoing soul. Furthermore he wanted to realize his own musically ideas and conceptions so he started to get involved in producing in 2004.He bought Equipment and started to be creative long time. He played the first results on his gigs and got strong feedback of the crowd. Just one thing that he was really excited and wanted to get involved much more.In 2006 he got in contact with the American label Art of Doing Publishing Inc., In March 2007 Art of Doing published his first house album titled “Raw Sessionz” as a global digital release on its sub label ResearchMusic.com.After a successful start in the digital world ResearchMusic.com will release the new album on 15th March March. It is called “Listen” and will contain 10 new tracks made in 2007. The sound on this album is more electro housed and filled with disco and rave elements. Check it out
