After being involved in the southeastern music scene for years, it seemed inevitable that drummer James Branham (formerly of Crossfade) and singer/guitarist Jeff Lucero (formerly of Namedropper) would play music together. They felt a strong chemistry and instant bond while touring and sharing the stage back in 2006. After being involved in the southeastern music scene for years, it seemed inevitable that drummer James Branham (formerly of Crossfade) and singer/guitarist Jeff Lucero (formerly of Namedropper) would play music together. They felt a strong chemistry and instant bond while touring and sharing the stage back in 2006. After wrapping up prior projects they began writing and recording in the studio when it became clear that it was the start of a new band... and in late 2010, A Fall From Down was formed. To round out the group, they are joined by veteran Columbia, SC musicians Scott Hallyburton on guitar and bassist/vocalist Joe Greene. The new modern rock outfit is not willing to let their past define them, they are ready for this new beginning and looking forward to releasing their debut album.
