Born 1996, February 21st, Robby Finkelstein was raised in a quiet Plantation neighborhood nestled in South Florida, a place that he says has inspired him to write and create. At a tender age of six he had started playing the back beat for his older brother who had recently picked up free styling. Growing thirsty to take his musical ability to the next level, he soon got his first drum set, a five piece Pearl Jr. Growing impatient with the repetitive drum beats of Hip Hop, he decided to pursue a more aggressive and improvised style of playing once hearing The Door's Waiting For The Sun, Blind Faith's self titled album & Cream's Fresh Cream.    Set on creating his own music, Robby created his first band with best friend and guitarist, Mario Alvarenga forming the duo "Not Quite Orange" in the 7th grade. From then on the duo strived to improve every aspect of their musical career, including, purchasing professional instruments and equipment & creating music for hours on end in Robby's hot garage forging their musical compatibility. In the 10th grade, Robby was invited to record a session with Armando Zamora (#1 High school Jazz Band Rhythm Guitarist in nation) Jake Ricke, (#1 High school Jazz Band bassist in nation) and Ryan Kachikis (producer)  and recorded over eight hours of music, recording a whole albums worth of material in 24 hours and released an album the following month called "In Space".   He now attends the Dillard Center for the Arts in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, for commercial music an outstanding magnet program for young producers, artists, and songwriters. He also runs his own home studio, Finkelstein Studios, in Weston, Florida. Robby vivaciously practices improvised styles of Fusion, Alternative, and Rock and loves to make spontaneously up music at the blink of an eye as well as recording local musicians and artist and producing their works. Some influences that he claims made an impact on his creations include: Traffic, Cream, Spirit, Steven Linwood, The Doors, Jefferson Airplane, The Jim Hendrix Experience and many others. Robby is heavily influenced by Ginger Baker, drummer of Cream, due to the fact that he focuses on African rhythms and incorporating them into rock music.  Robby plays on a Orange County Drums and Percussion drum set with Zildjian K Cymbals and Mario plays a Gibson SG Standard.
