Singer/Songwriter/Recording Artist We are each born with a gift, a talent to guide our destiny. For Kandee this gift was music. Born July of 1985, she grew up in the small town of Manchester, Michigan as "Kandice" to a large family of 7 brothers and sisters, her love of music was found early. Kandee made her first baby steps into her destiny at the mere age of four. Once she started singing she never stopped. She had found what most of us never find in a life time, her one true love, music. Over the years singing just wasn't fulfilling her hearts need for creativity in her love. So at the age of 12 a young Kandee sat down with pen in hand and wrote her first song. Never putting that pen down nor resting her voice she began to feel something pulling inside of her. If music made her feel this way what could it do for others? Kandee decided it was time to reach out to others and show them just what music could do for their hearts. She decided to share her love and dream with her church at the age of 14, performing in front of 1200 people she sang "God Bless the Child" by Shania Twain. After receiving her first taste of performing Kandee made the decision to continue in her journey to follow her destiny and a year later at the age of 15 she started recording her music and collaborating with others who shared her passion and love on Soundclick.com. Blessed with a beautiful baby girl July 21, 2009 Kandee promised to teach her daughter to never give up on her dreams. Never putting down her pen or letting the music stop from flowing in her head she continued to produce, write, and sing from all genres of music, pop, country,R&B and share her gift with the world. She has worked with the likes of producer Evin Groves aka "MainEventWest", Brian Boyer Aka "BodiRock" and also Chelsea Davis of "Platinum Hit Factory". Although Kandee has accomplished much more than most dream chasers at her age she is no where near done.
