From the very first track, rapping over the hood classic "Knuck If You Buck", it was clear BFO was here to stay. With the addition of Felix St. Cool in 2006, the pathway became that much clearer. As a friend and former bandmate of J-Mizz in the Miles High Group, he had no trouble blending in with the BFO oddity. Coming from various backgrounds, BFO brings a diverse, unique blend of styles into one collaborative effort.

Six emcees coming from north and middle Georgia got together at Georgia Southern University and the rest is history. Coming from various backgrounds, BFO has brought a diverse unique blend of styles all into one collaborative effort. It all began with Hooks' melodic wordplay, J-Mizz's southern slang, Roundtree Baby's rawkus flow, Ghost's New York swagger, Jay-El's flow and delivery, and Thoma's abilty to bring a song together.
