The band from Peniche which started with João Leitão,David Canhoto & later with Rodrigo Mamede has released its first EP called “the time is now”.Produced by Marco Jung(Marduc Studios),the songs were recorded during 2007 and until June 2008.The artwork was also produced in the same studio by Diana Friere, with collaboration of Marco Jung and João Leitão.
The EP contains 5 songs.
The first track, ”One in a million”, is a simple rock song, with a nice & easy drive. A 4-chord song with a catchy and radio-friendly chorus. A story about someone special that you wanna keep with you despite sometimes things turn bad, nasty & rude, and being conscient that you can always refresh a relation, as long as love still remains.
Second track, ”What are we waiting for?”,starts with a classic rock guitar riff, and the whole song has a tight punch which matches with the high desire and spicy thoughts contained on its lyrics. A cool bass line in the last part of the track ending with a noisy atmosphere. Rock´n´roll.
The third track, ”I´m awake” is perhaps the most “complex” track of the EP .It´s a rock track, but with a blues-mood drum line. A fast bridge preceeds a tense & nervous guitar solo. The lyrics is about how to involve with booze & other dangerous stuff, without losing the will to survive to the dirty shit, without keeping the good things rolling & how to figure out what we wanna do with ourselves .Funny story this one.
The fourth track ”In a good mood”, starts with a the heaviest guitar riff of the EP. It´s a grungy tune, with a very melodic chorus. After a tense breakdown, comes a simple, catchy & go-with-the-flow guitar solo. The lyrics is about feeling great with the moment that you´re passing through, and knowing that living for the thing that you love the most is the main reason of feeling happy with what you do.
The final track ”I must say”, is an acoustic song. Very deep and intimate track, picturing just a candle, a guitar and a microphone. The lyrics is about putting your head up when you feel down, by thinking that sometimes living the present is better than being affraid of the future, and there´s always someone worst than us. A melancholic tune, but with a positive intention.

In our whole songs the ambience is of simplicity with a cool & tight attitude.Pure fun.Alternative Rock with the flavour of the musicians influences, always with one thing in common:enjoy the moment…“At this moment, the plan is to play live as much as we can, always with a good vibe, and with enough attitude to shake people´s mind and let them feel good with our music.”
