This was a pretty cool doc that was surprisingly addicting to watch. It was interesting to see all of the people you met along the way and how hospitable they were. I wish you would have went through Nebraska though... The message you sent out to follow your dreams and all is clearly evident in the film and inspires me to do something with my life. Congratulations on the success of this film and good luck in your future film endeavors.
Watching the part about Chase changing your interest rate to 27.99% is the exactly what happened to me with Chase. My credit score is in the 700s. I was 5 days late on a payment (first and only time I've ever missed a payment on anything in my life). Chase changed the interest rate (which was 4.99 fixed) to 29.99% on $10k. Luckily I have money to pay it off, but they treated me the same way as they did you guys. Just wanted to be another voice to say I've been there!
Wow. You are are truly an inspiration. This film was absolutely amazing. I'm a U.S. Marine, so I can honestly say I've been through some stuff, but you and your crew that helped put this together have, in my opinion, gone through far more. You are a true Hero to many, and by doing what you've done; you've BOLDLY proven that with dedication, ANYTHING can be accomplished. Congratulations. Seriously.
Wow, this film is incredible! It is definitely a huge inspiration to me. For some time now I feel as if I have been stuck in this huge rut in my life that has turned itself into a monotonous circle. It consists of working every day at a job I hate so that I can pay the bills while I go to school so that I can graduate to get a job so that I can pay the bills etc... There are many "passions put by the wayside" because there isn't enough time in what feels like a short life. After seeing this film I think I am going to rethink what I want and how I go about things. Thank you for this truly incredible film.
