I wrote this song in my bedroom in which I had all but locked myself in due to an invisible fear. I had a lengthy period of being unable to leave my house without an incredibly powerful and overwhelming panic. So I stayed hid away alone trying to come up with an answer other than death as a way to break out of this misery trap. After writing the music and lyrics in full and reaching down deep into the emotion I slowly crawled to the surface and onto the streets again.
