My God, this is incredible. I came on here to vote (for a certain band, not this one) and find myself now listening to this song for the third time in a row. The production is compelling, appropriate to the song content. And extraordinarily well done. The music is tight and highly emotive. The lyrics have me in tears. See now I understand the "screaming" at the end. As a vocalist you are telling an emotional story. Emotion comes through our voice. I think it is an appropriate time in the song to hear that kind of emotion. Rock the Vox! Great tunage.
