Return of the Ex

Joshua's ex-girlfriend, Elizabeth, returns into his life after leaving him for friends and freedom. She realizes that it was a mistake leaving Joshua and wants everything to be the way it was before. Elizabeth informs Joshua that while they were separated she was raped, became pregnant and doesn't have very long to live. Elizabeth doesn't have anyone else to turn to. Will Joshua comfort his former love in her darkest hour or will he let her go forever?
