Wasn't Ready for the Heartache

I got my heart stomped completely FLAT several years ago. Lots of letters, lines and lies later - I wrote this song. Everything turned out ok for me - for him, not so much. I smile every time I sing this song though 'cause it was the old cliché a blessing in disguise that it didn't work out.
