Flying Past Ming's

I read a book called "The Torn Skirt" that is set in Victoria BC, and there is a restaurant in the book called Ming's, which is a chinese restaurant. I wrote this song after moving to victoria and getting see Ming's in person, as well as a number of other places mentioned in the book. Generally I was trying to capture the airy floaty feeling I had while exploring the city.
