The Selkie's Song

A selkie is a seal when in the ocean, but a person when on the land. When I was little, I was on holiday at my aunt's caravan site in Dornoch. I was going down for a walk along the beach. It was then my aunt told me to watch out for the selkie. I walked along the beach I heard them, a bunch of seals out on a sand bank. I wondered if they were selkies. Now, everytime I see a seal I always think back to that time in Dornoch, and this song is all about that.
