I (Jordan Lavagnino) wrote this song at a time when i had alot going on in my life. I was a senior in high school and was dealing with a horrible relationship, grades, what college i was going to go to, and all the other stuff average high schoolers go through. I wrote this song to remind myself that I need to take some time to "Slow down" and really live my life.
