Lyrics
Get out of my way It's been too long I can't stay another day Turn on up that radio Where the road ends is where I'll go I'm gone I'm gone Highway I am gone Flying through these state lines From the Mississippi Delta to the Georgia pines Huggin' on that inside lane I've got a full tank and 20 to my name And I'm gone I'm gone Highway I am gone I'm gone I'm gone Highway I am gone Pull off of that roadside I'll have a few and buy myself some time Nowhere to go no place to be I'll find a pretty girl and she'll run away with me And I'm gone I'm gone Highway I am gone
