Obesity means having too much body fat. It is different from being overweight. Physical activity can help you overcome obesity or being overweight. Kids need about 60 minutes each day. But it's not only exercise. It's eating properly and getting enough sleep. Study show that for every additional hour of sleep in the third grade resulted in a 40% decrease in the child's risk of being overweight in sixth grade.
