Stich and Heal

Stich and Heal is definitely an unusual song because of its tragic/melancholy intro leading into a more uplifting/upbeat 2nd half. I wrote this song after the "getting over" phase of a break-up. It was sort of an awakening and growth period for me. This song was written as two parts because every heartbreak song touches on the problems in a past relationship, but I wanted to share the good times as well and the positive things I took from the relationship.
