This song is simply about how hard it is to deal with the things that happen in life, and how with great knowledge comes great sorrow. People argue that this song is about a girl, but it is actually much deeper than that. It is about relationships and just how corrupt some people's thoughts are. Although this song is about those problems, I believe it serves as an escape from them as well.
