Starting on the "Low End" of the city, this track guides listeners through the daily pre-game rituals that have become tradition in preparation for the Chi nightlife. This "ILL" tradition leads down the winding roads of Lake Shore Drive -- laced with Picasso picture verses that scream of the temptations,uncertainty, and triumph that Chi-City embodies.
