Elerin eye literary means in English ' one with the befitting smile', it is a Yoruba folk tale of the young prince who really has finally found true beauty and love in the eyes of his bride., And he'd say sometimes that 'when she smiles she brings gladness and in other words he calls her 'elerin eye''.
