One of my friends was cheated on, when I asked him, what he felt like doing, he said, "Scream, I want to scream in the highway". So I drove through the highway, he opened the window and screamed. Due to his grief I wrote this song. Even though it's incorrect to say scream IN the highway, I wanted to honor the words expressed by my hurt friend. You can hear his voice in some of the backing vocals. He wasn't just able to "scream in the highway', but in the studio too!
