In my hometown,hip-hop and r & b rule the majority of urban radio. Most electronic dance music doesn't contain lyrics, fit the format, or is indenpendantly owned. So many of the genre's producers feel that it (the music)is outlawed & not exposed (as if it was a drug).This was my interpetation of that....
