You're Fired is a song inspired by The Apprentice. The song talks to "haters" or people who just talk to talk for the sake of talking. You're Fired let's "them" know directly that I'm not worried or phased by anyone for any reason...so they're fired as haters because they're worthless at their jobs as dream crushers.
