The 1st single off of "VINDICATED" captures the essence of where I was and how I was feeling at the time. Potential promoters where more interested in telling me how they thought I should contour my music to fit what was being played on the radio rather than use their common sense to realize something speacial was goin on and could translate easily into dollars. It is soulful, honest, and pure. A metaphor for rising in stature on any level but having to watch your own back.
