Its a hard rock song combining influences from classic rock and modern punk rock. The song is mostly built around the chorus which is of paramount importance in conveying the storyline which is about a very talented singer who nearly 'made it' but lost his way after an evil woman entered life whom he falls for; and destroys his rock'n'roll dream. Its been likened to Velvet Revolver meets early AFI.
