This song reflects a love for life. At the time I wrote it, I was studying a lot of Eastern philosophy... more specifically Eastern philosophy as it applied to Psychology. Bringing the mind and body together to form one existing, creative, harmonious, and above all else: "single" entity was a concept and practice that I found to be quite useful and true.
