Description
This is a concept song about a daughter of Poseidon, who according to Greek mythology was one of the perils sailors would have to confront if they avoided another monster, Scylla, who was only an arrow's shot away from Charybdis. Although both obstacles are treacherous, it stands to reason that no progress can be made if neither are overcome. The point of this parable is to encourage our listeners to bravely overcome whatever challenges are thwarting progress in their lives.
