Born March 7, 1982 in Queens, New York, X.L. was offered a second chance at life. Its then that he would start his humble road to super stardom. In the primary care of his aunt, they moved several times until landing in Miami, Florida where the pursuit of new beginnings began. Valuing his aunt as his mother, X.L. had no choice but to respect her upbringing. She raised him in the church, encouraging him to showcase his talents in the church choir. Sparking his passion for music and deep love for religion, he has blazed a path for himself quickly becoming one of R&B’s most sought after talents.
