VIZIONZ was officialy formed in August 2007 by Jesse Walters and Pete Giacoletti (Church). Church contacted John Ledesma a few days later and he joined the band after the second rehearsal.

After the bands 4th rehearsal, they recorded a 3 song demo at Centerline Studios in Santa Monica California. The songs on the demo were Phenomenon, Hypnotized and Never To Late. The songs were recorded live with no leads / fills.

On August 13th, 2007 the band launched its first website on myspace and quickly became a sought after band. In one year time the site has had over 37,000 profile views and the original 2007 demo has had over 23,500 plays.

Shortly there after VIZIONZ released Phenomenon on mp3.com.au. It debuted in the top 10 in 3 catagories, (Hard Rock, Rock, and Pop). Hypnotized was release shortly after and debuted in the top 30. VIZIONZ was also chosen for MetalMonthly.com's first online Battle of the Bands and placed 7th.

During the fall of 2007, VIZIONZ have garnered enough of a reputation and notoriety to be nominated for the 2007 Rock City News Awards. A yearly award given out to unsigned bands in Los Angeles, California. The band took home the 2007 Rock City News "Rockies" Award for Best New Generation Hard Rock Band in December 2007.

VIZIONZ took a short hiatus in early 2008 to regroup and write material for the upcoming year. But during this hiatus their fans became restless and asked the question, when will VIZIONZ re-appear? Church and John released a video interview with Stephany Rose in April of 2008 answering these questions.

In May of 2008 VIZIONZ took the stage once more at Lake Alice in Riverside, California with the new material and debuting a new addition to the group. A heavy hitting guitarist by the name of Henry Rojas.

Word got out quickly that VIZIONZ had reared its head from its slumber and was chosen airspun.com's June 2008 Rock AirGods and released interviews with hardrockhaven.net and Dischordance Magazine.

The VIZIONZ momentum was still going strong in July 2008. VIZIONZ was now in regular rotation on Maximum Threshold. A popular internet radio show featuring interviews and music from some of the best unsigned and signed rock artists.

August of 2008 was no different. VIZIONZ placed in the top 20 at Spin Magazines Music Nation web site in the Hennessy sponsored online Hot Pursuit battle. VIZIONZ also caught the eye of X103.9 FM (a top alternative rock radio station in Southern Califronia) Local Band Spotlight show and Phenomenon / Hypnotized was played on a regular rotation on Sunday nights. VIZIONZ also headlined X103.9 FM's Local Band Spotlight Show at Stingers located in San Bernardino, California. Its was after the show VIZIONZ realized the backbone of its music needed a facelift and added Sean Myers to the drumming duties.

VIZIONZ also picked up its first endorsement deal with Dean Markley and is currently finalizing a guitar deal.

2008 still has some legs on it.... and so does VIZIONZ. Now on over 40 websites and radio stations worldwide, Headlining performance for Alantic Records Red Carpet Live Music Event / MTV VMA Pre Party September 7th, Release of a live cd October 1st, 6 more live shows in Southern California...... 2009?
