In 2005 four uniquely talented artists from a wide variety of musical backgrounds came together to form a new kind of band. With brutal screaming to melodic intense lyrics vocalist Matt Demko has what it takes to separate them from the traditional metal sound and brings a new style of metal to the table. Guitarist Al Faulkner brings a new comprehension of metal guitar playing, with dark blues and bone crushing riffs to form that signature sound. Drummer Kevin Heiss true to the hand and foot coordination takes metal and funk drumming to the next level. Bassist Andre Fedak*s unique approach and tone brings the thunderous, tight, rhythmic bottom end that defines the bands brutal attack.
Their debut E.P was mixed and mastered at the Lava Room recording facility Cleveland, Ohio. The E.P will feature 7 original songs all written and preformed by TORNE. The material reflects clear rock/metal/grunge influences as well as a variety of other styles.
The band will be featured on the upcoming release of "The Soundtrack from Hell" DVD and CD documentary. With a strong web presence their songs have placed consistantly in top 10 stops on the Indie websites like Ourstage.com and toptenindies.com. Also the band will be featured on Energy films up coming film release"Behind the Suit and Tie". In addition to that Left 4 Dead will be featued on Metal Edge Magazines Sept.08 comp. disc.
One of the featured songs *Alive Again* has received considerable airplay on Cleveland*s 100.7 WMMS.
TORNE has also been fortunate enough to share the stage with many National acts such as Life of Agony, Powerman 5000, ILL Nino, Mushroomhead, Droid, Nonpoint, Bobaflex, Exodus and many more.
TORNE is considered to be a very dedicated Band and is willing to do whatever it takes to meet their expectations.
