Tobin Mueller's artistic career spans time, genres, medium, and artistic field. Playwright, director, composer and lyricist, Tobin brings decades of experience in all of his crafts to bear in powerful musical repertoire that includes theatrical work, jazz, new age, film scoring and progressive rock.

Tobin's recordings include vibrant solo piano works, "Morning Whispers" & "13 Masks." His first solo album crosses musical genre lines, falling under a progressive folk heading, and features fabulous guest artists: "A Bit of Light." His most recent release is an epic concept album, "AUDIOCRACY: Revolution's Son," neo-progressive rock at its best.

Tobin has had the good fortune of recording with Dave Brubeck, Maynard Ferguson, Ken Schaphorst, Donny McCaslin, Dane Richeson, Woody Mankowski and Janet Planet, among others. He's also worked with some wonderful musical theatre talent while mounting 5 of his musical dramas on Manhattan stages.

He is a member of ASCAP and the Dramatist Guild (NYC) . He's also written two novels, two works of nonfiction, several collections of poetry, two symphonies, a ballet, and a series of children's musicals. In 1994, he was inducted into the United Nations’ 1994 Global 500 Roll of Honor for his work with youths and the environment worldwide.
