My life is an open book and this project is a downpour of my most personal emotions. It was brought to life with the help of my best friend billy Colachicco and others.
In these songs I use subliminal messages for “self-help“ concepts. All messages are positive and used for getting through hard times. The subliminal messages coincide with the lyrics, per song, and act as a response. If the lyric is expressing a negative and offering a situation you can relate to (i.e. Being broken hearted, depressed, pissed, etc.) then the subliminal will offer a positive answer/outcome “suggestion”.
I also incorporate binaural beats from hemi-sync tones to trigger theta and/or delta brainwaves, for the increased creative suggestion and appeal to the subconscious.
