The March of Echoes was formed in the winter of 2007. Tommy, who had been studying in Halden for a year decided to move to Oslo. When the news hit Nicolai´s ears they were not hesitating in planning to form a band. Having already played together in screamo act In Dialogue With Radiometer they knew they shared a mutual love for music. In between this Nicolai had been playing in another hardcore band with this guy John.. Being tired of living the american dream he had moved to Oslo. Him and Nicolai had been thinking of forming a new band, and this was the perfect moment. A half year later, in the summer of 2007, the March Of Echoes went in the studio with their good friend Henrik Gustavsen. The result: an ep consisting of 4 songs, spanning over almost 40 minutes of music, and blending a crushing wall of sound with softer more post-rock/ambient elements.
