Sprankle Studios started a little over a year ago, and made up of Chris West, Alan Lazer and Dave, William and Paul Kilgo. Sprankle's first screening was Chris West's Whispers at the 2007 Summer Scramble. The guidelines were that it had to emulate M Night Shymalan and made within 48 hours. Despite mild technical errors, Whispers came in second place for division one. Later, Sprankle released Prometheus for the Campus Movie Fest. It was nominated for Best Picture and was chosen to be screened on AT&T video phones. Their latest film I-CAN-D premiered at Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival, and will be put online very soon.
