There’s a new band out of Dallas, Texas called ‘Pills & Ferraris’. This new creative sounding band is a grunge/rock band that has something to prove to a lot of music lovers locally and nationally. ‘Pills & Ferraris’ is a three piece set up, and consists of Guitars/Vocs, Bass, and Drums.
P&F was created by the Guitarist/Vocalist Prack (Hometown…Dallas, TX) in January ’08. Prack has been creating & performing music since the early nineties. He was the Singer in the Blues/Rock band ‘Goatman’s Bridge’ in the nineties, and also created and performed in the three piece rock band ‘Garland’s Doorstep’ in the 2000 year era.
Pills & Ferraris has a deep grunge/post punk tone, with intense Drums (performed by Johnny…Hometown Dallas, TX), and simplicity of greatness on Bass (performed by James…hometown Dallas, TX). These guys can blow your head off with intensity, and then suddenly chill out the tone almost instantaneously. The lyrics written by Prack are as intriguing as the creative moody sound that comes out of P&F as a whole. The live ‘Thrill’ that the band puts off when performing is amazing! I’ve heard already whispers from the crowd that these guys must have been taking notes on The Toadies early days of intensity and creative quality.
