Over the years, Michael Reidy has been taught that you need to learn to color within the lines before you can begin to stretch the boundaries. On his first independent release, Conception, stretching the boundaries is exactly what he does with his lyrics, music, and production. Michael released Conception independently on iTunes in November 2006, eliminating the need for contracts, executives, and rules. Singles “Lucid Lullaby” and “State of Subtle” stand out on the CD, showcasing not only his songwriting skills, but also his unique take on reality. Michael continues to work on his upcoming release “Hermeneutic Circle”, which will further solidify his reputation as an up and coming independent artist.
