I started playing at age 13. Took lessons from a man in California who was the father of a member of a old band called Poco. At the time I was spinning Neil Young Harvest learning way faster than he was teaching. I Moved back to Oklahoma via Mcalester, Broken Bow. Started playing places in southeast Oklahoma that should have had chicken wire but didn't. Moved to Stillwater, Oklahoma played in bands Midnight Express, Bittersweet,Wayfaring Strangers and Cornerblend before venturing out on my own. Influences are wide and varied from the Beatles to Tom Petty to Blues to Soul to Folk Rock
