Mark Kaufman is a published songwriter from Minneapolis. He has performed in several rock bands and as a solo act. He currently writes and sells songs from the comfort of his own home, usually playing and singing all parts of his recordings. A few of his favorite influences are the Beatles, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, Robyn Hitchcock, The Who, The Kaiser Chiefs, Neil Young, The Kinks, David Bowie, Talking Heads, Lou Reed, The Rolling Stones, Beck, The Creation, M.I.A. and Johnny Cash.
