I'm a singer/songwriter from the beautiful (!) town of Reading in the UK. I absolutely love making music and I've been writing songs since the age of 9. In the last couple of years, I've started performing in public - open mic nights, etc (Goring Unplugged has been particularly supportive).
My main instruments are piano and voice. I've been learning piano for about seven years now, and I adore it.
What are my influences? It's hard to tell - everything you listen to becomes a part of your subconscious and comes out in your music without being noticed. I'm still discovering different ways of producing new genres of music. I like things from metal to Irish, but my main influences are singer/songwriters - usually from America.
I love writing lyrics too, and I try to listen to people that focus on producing thought-provoking and interesting lyrics, such as: Eliza Gilkyson, Steve Earle, Dar Williams etc.
