Lisa Godino Chuck Winch "Plum Run"

An original performing songwriter, from central NJ, Lisa has a way of capturing the souls and spirits of others in her songs, from an orphan boy off to war in 1863, to a Vietnam soldier back in the States, to a young girl in love. She has won much acclaim for her outstanding performances. In addition to her music career Lisa has driven an 18 wheeler for 20 years, using her time behind the wheel to craft her beautiful songs. Lisa is currently working on a album, songs of love, youth, heartache and joy. Jazzdate and So In Love are two songs chosen to premiere this album. Lisa also works with her wonderful partner Chuck Winch, a fabulous musician and songwriter, as a duo "Plum Run". Chuck and Lisa have just completed a wonderful all original album on the American Civil War, entitled, "No Longer Gray Or Blue". These are songs of the civil war soldier, very heart felt stories with reality like no others of today. Sit back and enjoy the music and good luck to everyone. Peace

I just wanted to say your song "Underneath the Apple Tree" is awesome, it gave me goose bumps and brought tears to my eyes. Absolutely captivating lyrics, and I love the "good old" sound in the music. Its great work.

I received my copy of Lisa's album, "No Longer Gray Or Blue", and I must say that I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is even remotely interested in the Civil War, Lisa has the unique ability, not only to be able to understand, see, and hear what happened back then, but she also has the ability to feel what the soldiers and their loved ones felt, and she passes all of this along in every song she writes and sings, if you listen carefully and concentrate, you won't just hear her songs, you will see into them as well, it's like stepping into a movie theater, she takes you back in time, so, if you're ready for a wonderful journey, check out Lisa's album.
