About ~kryptic k~
TO ALL OF MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, FANS & FOES AT OURSTAGE
You might not be seeing me around as often over the next 90 days or so as I am off on a missions trip to TOGO AFRICA!!!
I'll be spending a lot of time hanging out with kids who have been orphaned due to the AIDS pandemic or through one conflict or another. I'll be teaching english and otherwise majoring in 'RECESS' and 'MUSIC APPRECIATION' lol...
If any of you are interested in following my adventures, I'll be posting frequently to:
www.kimberlyintogo.com and that will include lot's of pictures.
I sure would appreciate any prayers and/or happy thoughts you can sling my way whilst I'm on this grand adventure, and special thanks to all those whose prayerful support got me this far :)
One of my goals is to start an orphan choir/band and if they're any good, to record and enter their songs here at OURSTAGE. Thank you in advance for your votes and support of such a project :) The focus is not so much on winning the grand prize as it is on bolstering their self esteem. We all know how healing music can be - how much we enjoy the freedom of expression, and the life it brings to our bones when someone else likes our stuff - just imagine what it would meant to an orphaned child... it could be a life changing experience...
Blessings and Peace,
KrYpTic K (Kimberly)

She's working with orphan kids of the aids pandemic, supposedly teaching English!!!! But, we all know that she is sneaking in here music appreciation lecture from time to time(lol)! Realy though, on a serious note, lets fall in behind her and at least give her verbal support on this mission over seas!!!!! This work is important! Don't believe me! What if it was your child that was orphaned in a war torn land, stricken with disease, poverty, hunger, and threatened by corruption! Hey, study history! It could happen, even in America and in some ways, already is!!!!
Thank God for wonderful, gifted, insightful people like Kimmy! She is soooooooo cool, and I definitely support what she's doing! If you see comment, please take just a moment to go to her website and at least acknowledge what she's doing! You can thank me latter!!!!
Love & Peace to all!!!!!!

I'm happy to see that your song got back on the Christian channel. I really like the way you handled it. Unfortunately most Christians don't have much of a grip on what being Christian means. I too was raised as one, and my take on it was probably more like yours than the establishment one. However I realized that Muslims, Jews, Hindus and in fact all other religions have the same problem with censorship. So a few years ago I created my own religion. It suits me just fine. It's totally tolerant of anything I want to do or say, and I am the judge of my own behaviour. If I want to believe in Jesus, or Buddha or Mohammad, I am free to do so. I am also free to be angry with them for their shortcomings and not be condidered a heretic. I created my own little composite god called Bongo. Bongo has no sex, color, or particular belief system. But does have a great sense of humor. If you'd like to meet Bongo, you can go to http://www.greatgodbongo.com . It won't ruin your status as a Christian. If you want, I can send you a Bongo Catechism. I think you will agree with many of the tenets of this new religion. At the very least you'll have a good laugh.
Oh, and by the way thanks for the lovely comments on our site. I'm not sure if we have official friend status yet but I shall start that process.
Best of luck with your music, and all the happiness in the world.
