Kim Garrison, NYC singer-songwriter creates dissonant indie-folk-rock tunes that dig deep and nestle close to the heart. The songs on her debut self-titled album whisper moments of truth, battle with love and lust, and expose an intimacy that is as comforting as it is challenging.

She recorded her first record early this year at Monkeyboy Studios in Brooklyn with Brad Albetta (Martha Wainwright, Teddy Thompson, Sean Lennon) and the brilliance that is Alex Nahas (Laughingstock, John Vanderslice), and Harry Green, with a guest appearance from Matt Johnson (Jeff Buckley, Rufus Wainwright, Beth Orton). It is slated for release on her own Red Pants Records this fall.
