Joy and Noelle Vaccese are twins, born in 1983. Under the influence of their grandfather, they learned to paint and draw. Over the years they developed a taste for dark humor in art, absorbing the works of Tim Burton, Ralph Steadman, Gris Grimly and such. "The Scritch-Scratch of Busy Little Hands" is their first animated short film, a result of their shared mania ... they attended Catholic School for 10 years. Graduates of Pratt Institute, they are now living and working in New York City.
