Roots Music Homemade
Jaimee Harris began gigging on the weekends at various venues throughout Texas since late 2004, and she's still having a lot of fun with it. She has recorded four length CD's, "Grateful Dad," "Great Expectations," "Songs to Break Up To," and most recently "Home." Most of her stuff is recorded as she writes it (with much assistance from generous and talented musicians from various places around the internet). Jaimee's lives shows consist of just vocal and guitar, but she wanted to do more with the recordings. The project really began as an opportunity to spend time with her dad, and for her dad to expose Jaimee to the goods and evils of participating the music business. In her four short years of playing, Jaimee has had the opportunity to play with, and before, artists such as The Black Crowes, Bob Schneider, Jon Randall, Ryan Parker, Brian Douglas Phillips, Becky Middleton, Deadman, Anna Egge, Ana Armstrong, and David Ramirez. So, although the journey has been short it has been a phenomenal one. Thanks for stopping to by to support Jaimee Harris!
