Born in Chiapas Mexico in a family touched by music. Grew listening Mexican Traditional Music. Formed a rock band at 14 where he started to develop scenic sense, skills as composer and vocal capacities.
His musical studies have been oriented to the vocal techniques of “belle canto”.
Fero´s influences are as diverse as the music he writes and performs, going from rock to Mexican traditional and Latin rhythms.
The album “Efluvios” was produced by Neil Sparkes, Norberto Islas and Fernando D`Santiago. Sparkes (who works at Petes Gabriel´s Real World), Islas (who has achieved three Grammy© Awards) and D´Santiago (who has worked with latin top artists such as Pepe Aguilar, Alejandro Fernandez and Lila Downs) have put together their talent to bring to reality Fero´s sonorous universe. Recorded at Neo Audio Studio and Ranch Factory in Mexico City.
The musicians involved have international credit and have worked with artists such as Peter Gabriel, Alejandro Fernandez, Sin Bandera, Juan Gabriel and Pepe Aguilar.
Fero is innovative, his authenticity joins tradition with actual sounds where instruments like vihuela, prehispanic percussions, marimba and guitarron amalgamate to the base of a rock band. He shows today’s Mexican and latin personality where glee, nostagia and musing live toghether.
