I sing folk songs, mostly about "nature" and "the world" and "the wilderness" and the ecological and socio-political implications of saving the world, and sometimes about other things like girls and breaking up. I like to make it so you can't tell if I'm serious or kidding. To let you in on the secret, I'm usually half-joking and half-cereal, although more recently I've been more cereal. Sometimes my songs sound like pop songs or rock songs or punk songs or reggae songs or rap songs or prog-metal songs, but really they're all folk songs.
